What is Standard EN12531 to Casters?

EN12531 is a test standard for caster products, full title:

EN12531 Dynamic Load Test Standard, A strict standard formed by the European Union.

In the caster wheel manufacturing industry, every factory has their own test standard, not to mention there are thousands of them making casters.

Every caster from us has to pass standard EN12531.

Caster has to be so well-made to pass the EN12531 standard, below are the test details:

Casters need to roll 1.1 meter per second, which is 4 kilometer per hour;

Casters need to hit barriers 500 times(barrier height depends on wheel rigidity);

Casters will hit barrier every 1-3 meter;

Casters will stop 1 minute after 3 minutes of running;

Casters run the test length of 15000 times wheel girth.
